3. Legal Basis

- HttpOnly — cannot be accessed by JavaScript, preventing XSS session theft.
- Secure — transmitted only over HTTPS in production.
- SameSite=Lax — not sent with cross-site requests, reducing CSRF exposure.

PayClaim does not set or allow any third-party cookies. No data is shared with advertisers.
